Saving of rights and duties of Commissioner and other persons
(1)
The coming into force of this Act shall be without prejudice to the Commissioner of the Federal Capital or any other persons lawfully appointed or nominated, as the case may be, at the date of the coming into force of this Act holding office, who, from the said date shall, as Commissioner or other offices respectively, have and exercise all the rights, duties, powers and privileges formerly appertaining to any such office under the
Federal Capital Act 1960 or any other written law and any by-laws made thereunder as if this Act had not been enacted.
