Section 1A
(1)
This Act shall apply only to Sabah, Sarawak and the Federal
Territory of Labuan.

This Act shall not apply to any commercial vehicles which are subject to any law relating to tourism or tourism industry in Sabah,
Sarawak and the Federal Territory of Labuan.
