Penalty for contempt

Section 13

Any person who commits an act of contempt as defined in section 14 against the Commissioners or any of them shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months.
