Section 151
The Minister may, by notice published in the Gazette—
(a)
exempt any company or class of companies from complying with all or any provisions of this Subdivision in relation to any securities of a company or any class of companies to which this Subdivision applies subject to such terms and conditions as he deems fit to impose; and
(b)
revoke or vary the notice in such manner as the Minister thinks fit.
