Endorsement of certificate of registration on debentures

Section 358
(a)
a copy of the certificate of registration; or
(b)
a statement that the registration has been effected and the date of registration.
(2)
Subsection (1) shall not apply to any debenture or certificate of debenture stock which has been issued by the company before the charge was registered.
(3)
If a company contravenes this section, every person who knowingly and wilfully authorizes or permits the delivery of any debenture or certificate of debenture stock which is not endorsed as required by this section commits an offence.
