Section 35
(1)
The Commission shall pay to the Federal Consolidated Fund an amount not exceeding thirty per cent out of the current annual surplus of the Commission at such time and in such manner as may be determined by the Minister of Finance.
(2)
The Minister of Finance after consultation with the Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, vary the percentage in subsection (1).
