s 37“Representation in civil proceedings

Notwithstanding the provisions of any written law, any officer of the Commission authorized in that behalf by the

Chairman, may institute, appear in and conduct proceedings and may make and do all appearances, acts and applications in respect of any civil proceedings by or against the Commission or any person holding any of the offices specified in the

Second Schedule in the performance of his functions under any laws specified in the First Schedule.”.
