Section 19
The Director shall report to the state environmental authority any occurrence of environmental pollution caused by any pig farming activities which shall include but not limited to the following:
(a)
direct discharge of pig waste into watercourses;
(b)
deterioration or leak in pig waste treatment and storage facilities;
(c)
failure to maintain adequate pig waste storage capacity;
(d)
disposal of pig waste where runoff enters watercourses; or
(e)
discharge that bypasses the pig waste treatment or storage facilities.
