A member of the Council appointed under paragraph 5(1)(e)

Section 8
shall cease to be a member—
(a)
if he is absent from three consecutive meetings of the
Council without leave of the chairman of the Council;
(b)
if his appointment is revoked;
(c)
on his death; or
(d)
if he resigns his office.
