Section 17A
(1)
The Lord President may convene a Council of all the Judges as and when he deems it necessary but so that there shall be at least one meeting in each year.
(2)
The Chief Justice may, with the approval of the Lord President, convene a Council of Judges of the High Court as and when he deems it necessary.
