Rehabilitative counseling

Section 295A
(1)

The Court may in addition to the order made under subsection 295(1A) order a period of rehabilitative counseling for the accused person within the period of his detention.

(2)

The rehabilitative counseling shall be under the Minister charged with the responsibility for prisons.
