Preamble
- In exercise of the power conferred upon him by section 1 of the Country Land Utilization Ordinance [Ord. No. 8 of 1962.] and all other powers thereunto him enabling, the Governor has appointed the first day of September, 1962 as the date on which the Ordinance shall come into operation. Dated at Jesselton, this 22nd day of August, 1962. By His Excellency’s Command R. N. TURNER Chief Secretary. 24th October 2008.
