Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 1 of the Maintenance Ordinance, 1959 [Ord. No. 7 of 1959.], and all other powers thereunto him enabling, the Governor has appointed the 1st day of August, 1959, as the day upon which this Ordinance shall come into operation.
