DECLARATION OF KLIAS (LIMBAWANG) DRAINAGE AREA

Preamble

  1. In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 3 of the Drainage and Irrigation Ordinance, 1956, and all other powers thereunto him enabling, the Governor in Council has declared that with effect from the 1st day of February, 1963 the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be a drainage area to be known as the Klias (Limbawang) Drainage Area.

This area of approximately 3,420 acres delineated as Survey Lot No. 2263, Mukim of

Limbawang, on Plan No. 12113 deposited in the office of the Director of Lands and Surveys at Jesselton.

Dated at Jesselton, this 31st day of January, 1963.
