DELEGATION OF DUTIES OF HEALTH OFFICER TO HEALTH INSPECTORS

UNDER SECTION 10 (1)

Opening note

Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Public Health Ordinance, 1960, I, Dr. Musa Ashaari, Area Medical Officer of Health, Lahad Datu, being a Health Officer appointed under sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the said Ordinance, with the approval of the Director of Medical Services, Sabah, hereby delegate the exercise of the several powers vested in me by the said Ordinance in respect of the Lahad Datu District Council area to all grades of duly qualified Health Inspectors in the service of the Lahad Datu District Council and in the Medical Department.

Section 2

G.N. No. S 24 of 1982 published on 17th June, 1982 is hereby superseded.
