HEALTH OFFICER TO HEALTH INSPECTORS UNDER SECTION 10 (1)

  1. In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Public Health Ordinance, 1960, I, Dr. Alexander Moses Nathan, Area Medical Officer of Health, Labuan being a Health Officer appointed under sub-section (1) of Section 4, with the approval of the Director of Medical Services, Sabah, hereby delegate the exercise of the several powers vested in me by the said Ordinance in respect of the Labuan Municipal Council area to all grades of duly qualified Health Inspectors in the service of the Labuan Municipal Council and in the Medical Department.
