HEALTH OFFICER TO HEALTH INSPECTORS UNDER SECTION 10 (1)
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Public Health Ordinance, 1960, I, Dr. J. S. Sidhu, Area Medical Officer of Health, Tuaran, being a Health Officer appointed under sub-section (1) of Section 4, with the approval of the Director of Medical Services, Sabah, hereby delegate the exercise of the several powers vested in me by the said Ordinance in respect of the Tuaran District Council area to all grades of duly qualified Health Inspectors in the service of the Semporna District Council and in the Medical Department.
