DELEGATION OF DUTIES OF
HEALTH OFFICER TO HEALTH INSPECTORS UNDER SECTION 10 (1)
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Public Health Ordinance, 1960, I, Dr. Hla Maung, Area Medical Officer of Health, Beaufort being a Health Officer appointed under sub-section (1) of Section 4, with the approval of the Director of Medical Services, Sabah, hereby delegate the exercise of the several powers vested in me by the said Ordinance in respect of:-
(b)
The Sipitang District Council area to all grades of duly qualified Health Inspectors in the service of the
Sipitang District Council and in the Medical Department, and
(c)
The Kuala Penyu District Council area to all grades of duly qualified Health Inspectors in the service of the
Kuala Penyu District Council and in the Medical Department.
Section 2
G.N. No. S 15 of 1976 published on 13th May, 1976 is hereby superseded.
