In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 2 of the Delegation of Powers Enactment, 1963, the Yang di-Pertua Negeri has delegated to the Minister of Agriculture and Fishery Development the exercise of the powers ant the performance of the duties conferred or imposed upon him by the provisions of the laws set out in the Schedule hereto.
