  1. In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 2 of the Delegation of Powers Enactment, 1963, the Yang di-Pertua Negeri has delegated to the Minister of Tourism and Environmental Development this powers conferred by section 3 of the Birds’ Nests Ordinance.

The Delegation of Powers dated the 29th day of January, 1964 published in Gazette Notification No. S 29 of 1964 is hereby revoked.

Dated at Kota Kinabalu, this 31st day of December, 1988.
