DELEGATION.
No. S 52 – In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 15 of the Burials Ordinance, 1914, and all other powers thereunto him enabling His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government hereby delegates to the Director of Medical Services the powers conferred upon the Governor by section 11 (i) and (ii) of the said Ordinance.
