CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF SABAH
DELEGATION OF POWERS UNDER ARTICLE 37(7)
(G.N.S. 23 of 2021)
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 37(7) of the Constitution of the State of Sabah the State Public Service Commission of Sabah hereby delegates to the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Local Government and Housing of its function to appoint suitable persons to the posts of:
Section 2
This Delegation of Powers shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 9
November 2020.
Section 3
The Directions on Delegation of Powers dated 5 June 2018, published in
G.N.S.16 of 19 July 2018 is revoked.
