DELEGATION UNDER SECTION 3 (2) TO THE DEPUTY DIRECTOR
OF MEDICAL SERVICES
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by subsection (2) of section 3 of the Public Health Ordinance, 1960, and all other powers thereunto him enabling, the Director of Medical Services, hereby delegates to the Deputy Director of Medical Services the exercise of the several powers vested in him under this Ordinance excepting the powers and duties set out in section 9.
