Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by Sub-Section (2) of Section 3 of the Public Health Ordinance, 1960 and all other powers thereunto enabling, I, Director-General of Health, Malaysia, hereby delegate to the Director of Medical Services, Sabah the exercise of the several powers vested in me by the said Ordinance.
