Notification of change in address

Section 44
(1)
A dental practitioner or a dental therapist shall notify the Dental Registrar or the Dental Therapists Registrar, as the case may be, of any change in his home address or practising address within thirty days of such change.
(2)
A dental practitioner or a dental therapist who fails to comply with subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding twenty thousand ringgit.
