Membership of dissolved Council

Section 96
(1)
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the members of the dissolved Council and the members of any committee appointed under the repealed Act who held office before the appointed date shall cease to hold office after six months from the appointed date.
(2)
Nothing in subsection (1) shall affect the accountability of the outgoing members of the dissolved Council.
