Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(c) Enakmen 29 (Enakmen Simpanan Melayu 1930) maka inilah Raja dalam Majlis Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah yang tersebut dalam Mukim Gelong, Daerah Kubang Pasu, Kedah Darul Aman setakat yang berkenaan seperti Jadual di bawah dan dipetakan di atas P.W. 50742 dan P.W. 50743 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Kulim, Kedah Darul Aman dipermasukkan menjadi Tanah Simpanan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu.
