(2)
Without prejudice to subsection (1), the licensee may, six months prior to the expiry of his licence apply for renewal or extension of the term of his licence in accordance with regulations made hereunder.
(3)
The Regulator may, in his discretion, renew the licence issued under this Part upon such terms and conditions that he may deem fit.
