Section 24

The prosecution of any offence under this Ordinance or regulations made hereunder shall be initiated and conducted by the

Public Prosecutor, a Deputy Public Prosecutor or by any person authorized by the Public Prosecutor under section 377 of the Criminal

Procedure Code [Act 593].
