Section 28

No action or proceedings or prosecution shall be brought, instituted or maintained in any court against the Director or any person authorized by him to act under this Ordinance in respect of anything done or omitted to be done by him in good faith in the execution or purported execution of his functions, powers and duties under this Ordinance or regulations made hereunder.
