Section 2

The fees for licences under subsection (3) of section 2 shall be –

(a)

within the limits of the towns of Jesselton, Sandakan and Tawau, the urban and suburban divisions of the town of Labuan, and the townships of Beaufort,

Keningau, Kota Belud, Kudat, Lahad Datu, Papar, Tenom and Tuaran –

each bitch … … $10 per annum each dog … … $4 per annum

(b)

in all other areas in which the licensing of dogs is for the time being required –

each bitch … … $4 per annum each dog … … $2 per annum
