Section 46
(1)
The Road Transport Act 1987 and all subsidiary legislation made thereunder shall apply to students within the campus as if the roads within the campus are public roads within the Federal Territory and the offences under the said Act and the subsidiary legislation made thereunder are disciplinary offences in relation to students and punishable as such, and every student shall, accordingly, comply with such provisions within the campus.
(2)
Nothing in subrule (1) shall derogate from the liability within the campus of any student or other person for any offence under the Road Transport Act 1987 or any subsidiary legislation made thereunder.
