Replacement of certificate of registration
of Efficient Management Electrical Energy Regulations 2024
The registered electrical energy manager to whom a certificate of registration has been issued under subregulation 14(2) may apply in writing to the Commission for a replacement of the certificate of registration.
(2)
An application made under subregulation (1) shall be accompanied with —
(a)
in the case of loss of the certificate of registration, a police report or statutory declaration made before a Magistrate or Commissioner for
Oaths regarding the loss;

(b)
in the case of defacement of the certificate of registration, the defaced certificate of registration;
(c)
the application fee as prescribed in the First Schedule; and
(d)
any other information as the Commission may require.
(3)
Where the Commission is satisfied that the loss or defacement of the certificate of registration was not the result of any fraud or negligence, the Commission may issue a replacement certificate of registration with the word “DUPLICATE” endorsed on it.
