Section 8
(1)
The Commission may by written notice, at any time after receiving the information and report under regulation 6, require the private installation licensee or consumer to furnish any additional information or documents within such period as specified in the notice.
(2)
Any private installation licensee or consumer who fails to comply with subregulation (1) commits an offence under these Regulations.
