82. Continuance of officers and servants
Feedback & supportEvery person who immediately before the appointed day was employed as an officer or servant of the EPF Board shall on that day be deemed to be employed as such officer or servant, as the case may be, of the Board upon the same terms and conditions of service as those obtaining immediately before the appointed day.
