Section 3
(1)
For the due administration of this Act, there shall be appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong a Commissioner of Employment, a Deputy Commissioner of Employment and such number of Assistant
Commissioners as may be deemed necessary.
(2)
The Minister may appoint such number of employment officers as he may consider necessary or expedient for the purposes of this
Act.
(3)
An employment officer appointed under subsection (2) shall be under the direction and control of the Commissioner.
