- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan di bawah seksyen 4, Enakmen Lembaga Maktab Mahmud [No. 5 tahun 1967], Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan Kedah Darul Aman dengan ini meminda dalam Pelantikan di bawah seksyen 4, Warta No. 3 yang disiarkan pada 1 Januari 2015 dengan menggantikan perkataan “Yang Amat Arif Ketua Hakim Syarie Negeri Kedah Darul Aman” perkataan “Dato’ Wira Syeikh Yahaya bin Jusoh”.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4, Lembaga Maktab Mahmud Enactment [No. 5 of 1967], His Royal Highness the Sultan Kedah Darul Aman hereby amend the Appointment Under Section 4, Gazette No. 3 published on January 1, 2015 by substituting for the words “Yang Amat Arif Ketua Hakim Syarie Negeri Kedah Darul Aman” the words “Dato’ Wira Syeikh Yahaya bin Jusoh”.
