Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Wilayah Kampung Air Panas, Mukim Gerik, Daerah Hulu Perak yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Padang Permainan Awam dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Majlis Daerah Gerik.

Bahawasanya, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 536 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak pada 11 April 2019, notis telah diberikan mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tanah yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual dan terlukis di atas Pelan No. P.A. 90628 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur, Perak sebagai rizab bagi maksud awam iaitu sebagai suatu tapak Kompleks Pusat Pertanian yang akan diselenggara oleh Jabatan Pertanian Negeri Perak dan dikawal oleh Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak; Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut; Maka oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini membatalkan perizaban tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual.
