  1. Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 188 Enakmen Mineral (Terengganu) 2002 [Enakmen No. 8 Tahun 2002], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri Terengganu Darul Iman membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut:

Peraturan-peraturan ini bolehlah dinamakan Peraturan-Peraturan Mineral

Terengganu (Pindaan Jadual Pertama) 2019.

Peraturan-Peraturan Mineral (Terengganu) 2005 [Tr.P.U.7], yang disebut

"Peraturan ibu" dalam Peraturan-Peraturan ini, dipinda dalam Jadual Pertama -

(a)

dalam Bil. 10 dengan menggantikan kadar "6,000.00" kepada "25,000.00";

dan

  1. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 188 of Mineral (Terengganu) Enactment 2002 [Enactment No. 8 of 2002] The State Authority of Terengganu Darul Iman makes the following regulations: Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Terengganu Mineral (Amendment of the First Schedule) Regulations 2019.

(2)

These Regulations come into operation on the date published in the Gazette.

Amendment of the First Schedule

The Terengganu Mineral Regulations 2005 [Tr.P.U.7], which are referred to as the "principal Regulations" in these Regulations, are amended in the First Schedule -

(a)

in Item No. 10 by substituting fee "6,000.00" with "25,000.00"; and

(b)

in Item No. 13 (f) by substituting fee "1.50 / tonne" with the following fees:
