Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh subseksyen 10(1) Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 [Akta 313], seperti yang diterima pakai oleh Enakmen (Pemakaian) Perhutanan Negara 1985, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri adalah dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan Pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Kedah, maka kawasan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual I (Hutan pengeluaran kayu di bawah perolehan berkekalan), Jadual II (Hutan tadahan air), Jadual III (Hutan simpanan hutan dara), Jadual IV (Hutan perlindungan tanah), Jadual V (Hutan lipur), Jadual VI (Hutan pelajaran), Jadual IV (Hutan penyelidikan) dan Jadual VII (Hutan Taman Negeri), dikelaskan sebagai pengelasan hutan simpanan kekal seperti berikut:

CLASSIFICATION OF PERMANENT RESERVED FORESTS UNDER SUBSECTION 10(1)

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 10(1) of the National Forestry

Act 1984 [Act 313], as adopted by the Enactment (Application) National

Forestry Act, 1985, the State Authority is hereby declares that with effect from the date of publication of this Notice in the Gazette the state government, the land described in Schedule I (forest timber production under sustained yield),
