Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh subseksyen 3(1), Enakmen Perbadanan Taman Negara (Johor) 1989 [Enakmen No. 7 tahun 1989], Pihak Berkuasa mengisytiharkan bahawa bidang tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan tertera dalam Pelan Bil. P.W. 2344 yang disimpan dalam pejabat Pengarah Ukur, Johor, dirizabkan bagi maksud awam, iaitu, sebagai Taman Negara Tanjong Piai, Johor yang diletakkan di bawah jagaan Pengarah, Perbadanan Taman Negara, Johor dan Pengganti-penggantinya dalam jawatan.

In exercise of the powers confered by subsection 3(1) of the National Parks

(Johor) Corporation Enactment 1989 [Enactment No. 7 of 1989], the State

Authority declares that parcel of land described in the Schedule and delineated in Plan No. G.P. 2344 which is deposited in the office of the Director of

Survey, Johor, to be reserved for public purpose, to wit, as the Tanjong Piai

National Parks, Johor, to be under the charge of the Director, Johor National

Parks Corporation and its successors in office.
