Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(3) Enakmen Perbadanan Taman Negara (Johor) 1989 Pihak Berkuasa Negeri membatalkan keseluruhan kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Kawasan Taman Negara (Johor) Pulau Kukup melalui Pemberitahuan No. 561 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Johor bertarikh 27 Mac 1997 mulai tarikh pemberitahuan ini disiarkan dalam Warta.

WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI JOHOR

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(3) of the National Park

Enviroment Enactment (Johor) 1989, the State Authority excise the whole area, being a part of the area declared as the National Park by Notification

No. 561 published in the Johore Government Gazette on 27 March 1997

with effect from the date of the publication in the Gazette.
