RESERVATION OF LANDS FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE

In exercise of the powers conferred by Subsection 62 (1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority reserves that parcel of land situated in the Town of Teluk Intan District of Hilir Perak described in the Schedule and delineated upon revenue survey plan No. PA 87531 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey, Perak as a site for the Hilir Perak District Council to be controlled by the State Secretary of Perak Darul Ridzuan and maintained by the Hilir Perak District Council.

Majlis meluluskan perizaban kawasan yang ditunjuk bergarisan tepi warna merah pada surihan (9B) seluas lebih kurang 11.7 Hektar di Batu 22

Jalan Ipoh, Mukim Kota Lama Kanan, Daerah Kuala Kangsar untuk tujuan

Tapak Pelupusan Sampah di bawah Seksyen 42(1)(b) Kanun Tanah Negara

(Akta 56/1965) dan diisytiharkan perizaban tersebut di bawah Seksyen 62(1) Akta yang sama. Perizaban tersebut akan diselenggara oleh Majlis

Daerah Kuala Kangsar dan dikawal oleh Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak

Darul Ridzuan.
