- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan di bawah perenggan 60(2)(b) Enakmen Perhutanan Negara (Penerimaan-pakai) 1986 [Enakmen No. 1 Tahun 1986], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri membuat perintah berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Enakmen Perhutanan Negara (Penerimaan-pakai) 1986 dipinda dengan menggantikan Jadual Ketiga dengan Jadual yang berikut:

Semua hasil utama hutan dari perihalan seperti berikut:

Kayu balak bulat daripada Hutan Simpanan

Pembalakan secara konvensional biasa
RM30.00 setiap meter padu
b)
Pembalakan secara Reduce Impact
Logging (RIL) dengan penggunaan
100% jentera 'Logfisher'
RM21.00 setiap meter padu
c)
Pembalakan secara bercampur di mana terdapat pembalakan secara konvensional biasa dan Reduce Impact
Logging (RIL)
RM30.00 setiap meter padu
(v)
Kayu api, arang dan semua jenis rotan 10 peratus daripada royalti
(viii)
Kayu Jaras Bulat < 3 m
RM0.20 / sebatang (tual)
Penguatkuasaan kadar baru Ses Pembangunan Hutan adalah meliputi lesen-lesen membalak yang masih berkuatkuasa dan juga kelulusan tawaran membalak yang dikeluarkan mulai 1 Januari 2021.

Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 60(2)(b) of the National Forestry (Adoption) Enactment 1986 [Enactment No. 1 of 1986], the State Authority makes the following order: Citation and commencemnet 1.
(i)
These order may be cited as the Forest Development Cess (Amendment of Third Schedule) Order 2020.
(ii)
These Order come into operation on 1 January 2020.
Amendment of the Third Schedule
Seksyen 2
The National Forestry (Adoption) Enactment 1986 is amended by subsituting for the Third Schedule the following Schedule:
"THIRD SCHEDULE

FOREST DEVELOPMENT CESS
Forest Produces
Rates of Cess
All major forest produce of the following description:
(i)
Round timber from Permanent Reserved
Forest
a)
Conventional Logging
RM30.00 per cubic metre
b)
Reduce Impact Logging (RIL) with the use 100% 'Logfisher' machinery
RM21.00 per cubic metre
c)
Mixed Conventional Logging and
Reduce Impact Logging (RIL)
RM30.00 per cubic metre
(v)
Fuelwood, charcoal and all types of rattan 10 percent of royalty
(viii)
Poles < 3 m
RM0.20 / log (tual)

The enforcement of the new Forest Development Cess rate includes logging licenses that are still in force as well as the approval of logging offers issued from 1 January 2021.
