  1. Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 4(i)(b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan dengan kelulusan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri, dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak, maka kawasan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Rizab Melayu Serentang melalui Pemberitahuan No. 48 yang disiarkan pada 27 Januari 1955 dalam Warta Kerajaan Persekutuan Tanah Melayu hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi sebahagian daripada Rizab Melayu itu. In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(i)(b) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap. 142], the Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan, with the approval of the State Authority, hereby declares that from the date of the publication of this notification in the Perak Government Gazette, therefore the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as the Serentang

Malay Reserve vide Notification No. 48 published on 27 January 1995 in the

Federation of Malaya Government Gazette shall cease to be part of the Malay

Reserve.
