Opening note

Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 4(i)(b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu 1936 [Enakmen No. 1/1936], Pengarah Tanah dan Galian, Johor dengan persetujuan Raja dalam Mesyuarat, mengisytiharkan bahawa dari tarikh Pemberitahuan ini disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Johor, tanah yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada tanah-tanah yang diisytiharkan sebagai Simpanan Melayu Bukit Pelali melalui Pemberitahuan Bil. No. 2221 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Johor pada 22 Oktober 1998 hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Bukit Pelali.

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(i)(b) of the Malay

Reservations Enactment 1936 [Enactment No. 1/1936], the Director of Lands and Mines Johore with the approval of the Ruler in Council, declares that at the date of publication of this Notification in the Johore Government Gazette the land described in the Schedule being part of the land declared as Bukit

Pelali Malay Reservation by Notification No. 2221 published in the Johore

Government Gazette on the 22 October 1998 shall cease to be a Bukit Pelali

Malay Reservation.
