Preamble
- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar Pahang mengisytiharkan tanah yang dikenali sebagai Lot 105707 (0.9825 hektar), Lot 1307 (2.394 ekar), Lot 1308 (2.119 ekar), Lot 7059 (0.4813 hektar), Mukim Sungai Karang, Daerah Kuantan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 256949, C.P. 20350, P.A. 107260 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang, yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Cherating, menurut Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 7099 yang disiarkan pada 9 November 1928 dibatalkan daripada menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu tersebut.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment, the Menteri Besar of Pahang declares land known as Lot 105707 (0.9825 hectares), Lot 1307 (2.394 acre), Lot 1308 (2.119 acre), Lot 7059 (0.4813 hectares), Mukim of Sungai Karang, District of Kuantan, as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 256949, C.P. 20350, P.A. 107260 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang, which is forming part of the Cherating Malay Reservation vide the Federated Malay States Government Gazette No. 7099 published on the 9 November 1928 be revoked from forming parts of the said Malay Reservation.
