- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 5 Enakmen Setiausaha Kerajaan, Perak (Permerbadanan) 1951 [Enakmen Bil. 3 tahun 1951], Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak mewakilkan perjalanan atau pelaksanaan apa-apa kuasa atau kewajipan di bawah subseksyen 5 (b) Enakmen Setiausaha Kerajaan, Perak (Pemerbadanan), 1951 kepada Ketua Penolong Setiausaha Kerajaan dan Penolong Setiausaha Kerajaan, Bahagian Perumahan Awam untuk menandatangani dokumen-dokumen bagi Pihak Pemerbadanan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri (SSI) bagi proses permohonan tanah kerajaan, pindah hakmilik/tukar hakmilik rumah projek-projek perumahan yang dibangunkan milik Kerajaan Negeri dan urusan yang berkaitan berkuatkuasa mulai 5 September 2011. Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the State Secretary, Perak (Incorporation) Enactment 1951 [Enactment No. 3 of 1951], the State Secretary of Perak hereby delegates the exercise of performance of any power or duty under subsection 5 (b) of the State Secretary, Perak (Incorporation) Enactment 1951 to the Chief Assistant Secretary and Assistant Secretary of the public Housing Division to sign documents on behalf of the State Secretary Incorporation (SSI) for the Government and application process, transfer of title/change of title of housing projects developed by the State Government and other related business effective from 5 September 2011.
