Jadual Kedua Enakmen Tanah Simpan Bagi Orang-orang Melayu 1360 dipinda dengan menggantikan perkataan “Bank Perusahaan kecil dan sederhana malaysia berhad” perkataan “small medium enterprise development bank berhad”
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 (ii) of the Malay Reservations
Enactment 1360 [Tr. En. 17/1360], His Royal Highness the Sultan in Council makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Malay Reservations Enactment
(Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2013.
(2)
This Order shall be deemed to have come into operation on 8 September 2013.
Amendment of Second Schedule 2.
The Second schedule the Malay Reservations Enactment 1360 is amended by substituting the words “Bank Perusahaan kecil dan sederhana malaysia berhad” the words “small medium enterprise development bank berhad”.
