- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 11 (ii) Enakmen Tanah Simpan Bagi Orang-Orang Melayu 1360 [En. Tr. 17/360], Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan dalam mesyuarat dengan ini membuat perintah yang berikut:

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 (ii) of the Malay Reservations
Enactment 1360 [Tr. En. 17/1360], His Royal Highness the Sultan in Council makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Malay Reservations Enactment
(Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2012.
(2)
This Order shall be deemed to have come into operation on 14 Disember 2012.
Amendment of Second Schedule 2.
The Second schedule the Malay Reservations Enactment 1360 is amended by inserting after the words “Amanah Raya Capital Sdn. Bhd”
the words “Kuwait Finance House (Malaysia) Berhad
(KFHMB)”
